Privacy policy
We collect what we need to send you laundry powder and nothing else. We do not sell your data. If you want a copy of what we hold, or want it deleted, email us and we will sort it out.
What we collect, and why
- Order details — your name, delivery address, email address and phone number, so we can take your order, send it, and contact you about it. We need this to fulfil our contract with you.
- Payment information — handled by our payment providers. We never see or store your full card details.
- Marketing emails — only if you sign up. You can unsubscribe from any email we send, and we will stop.
- Website usage — basic analytics about how the site is used, so we can improve it.
Who else sees it
Our online shop runs on Shopify, which processes orders and payments on our behalf. We use couriers to deliver your order, and they receive your name and address in order to do that. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for six years, which is what UK tax rules require. Marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it for marketing. Email info@naturallaundrypowder.co.uk and we will respond within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
Cookies
This site uses cookies to keep your basket working and to understand how the site is used. You can block cookies in your browser settings, though parts of the shop may stop working properly if you do.

This shop is not intended for children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
